Research presentations and posters spanned a wide range of topics in subsurface resource characterization and engineering. Graduate students, post-doctoral research fellows, research associates and faculty members will share exciting new discoveries in all aspects of subsurface engineering and characterization.
There were three sessions on the topical areas:
- Reservoir Engineering and Characterization
- Drilling and Completions
- Geomechanics and Petrophysics
Each session featured talks by researchers supported by the Center and were facilitated by a session coordinator. Presentations were 20 minutes each with an additional 5 minutes for questions. In addition, a poster session and reception was held after the presentations. This was a great opportunity to meet with the researchers and discuss their current research and future plans.
